Refresh
All will update the ticket so that shows all of the most current information.
This includes both the Order Management section at the bottom of the Main
ticket, and the Account Status area.
Recalculate
Commodity is similar to Refresh All but deals specifically with the
Position Reference area. Enter the Commodity Code, for example ESM3, to
Recalculate that commodity. Recalculate Commodity will update the Position
Reference window to the most current information. This function will also
generate new P/L information.
NOTE:
Before you call the Order Desk or Customer Service, left click on Refresh All.
This will ensure that you have the most current information.
