BEST Direct has a rapid order entry field on its main trade ticket. This function gives you the ability to enter trades based on straight text entry. The field to enter your trade in, shown below the Account Status section of the main trade ticket, is labeled “Rapid Order Entry (ROE).”
You can enter a trade using the Rapid Order Entry function as follows:
To place a Limit Order to Sell 1 March E-mini S&P at 1864.00:
Type in “S 1 ESH6 1864.00 L” and Space
To place a market order to buy 1 March E-mini S&P:
Type in “B 1 ESH6 M”, then Space, and Enter
To place a sell stop for 1 YMH6 at 10919.00:
Type in: “S 1 YMH6 10919.0 S”, then Space
