Quick Trade “File” Menu (Back to Index)

The Quick Trade window also includes the following functions from the “File” drop-down menu:

Always on top: Allow you to keep the QT ticket on top of any other programs or windows you have open at the time.

Main Ticket: Simply returns you to the Main order entry screen and minimizes the QT Window.

Order Management: This window is the same as the order management screen in the main BEST Direct window.

Message: Allows you to send an email message to PFG Customer Support.

Confirmation: Refers to the confirmation message, which appears when you place a trade verifying that the order being placed is correct. From the first time you open File this feature will be checked and you will receive a confirmation message with every order placed which is strongly recommended to avoid errors. However, in the Quick Trade ticket you have the option to bypass this confirmation message by removing the check mark confirmation in the file menu.

REMINDER: If the Confirmation feature is not checked and you click BUY or SELL, the order will go directly into the market without a confirmation screen.

Exit: Closes the QT window.
